Role Description
This is a full-time Executive – Bancassurance role located in Colombo. The role involves developing bancassurance partnerships, promoting insurance products, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets on-site.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Experience in bancassurance or financial services
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications in insurance or banking is a plus
