Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Director/CEO. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting in other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
