Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Colombo 03

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
• Communication: Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
• Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Event Planning: Assist in planning company events, executive meetings, and other special projects.
• Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Skills:

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
