Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at City of Dreams Sri Lanka in Colombo. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, facilitating communication, and providing general administrative assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in managing expense reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proven track record of supporting executives and high-level management
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
