Requirements:
- Attracting new clients through innovation and overseeing the sales/lettings process.
- Handling duties related to construction, project management, and analyzing investment opportunities.
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks hindering growth.
- Researching opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients.
- Fostering a collaborative environment within the business.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Running outbound campaigns to create sales opportunities.
- Developing customized proposals for clients’ business needs.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in project management and sales.
- Strong customer service and sales skills for lead generation.
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
