Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint and monitor service and spare parts dealers as per brand strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
• Create and manage dealer operational guidelines and ensure consistent service quality across all aspects.
• Develop and execute service and spare parts promotions, including campaigns, public relations, and social media.
• Monitor dealer performance and track key metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration across all business aspects.
• Stay updated on technology, industry trends, consumer insights, and electric vehicle market dynamics.

Requirements

• Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering Degree or Diploma or NVQ level 3 with 3-5 years of dealer network management experience in the automotive industry.
• Keen on learning new technologies, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Project management skills.
• Proven team-building ability and relationship maintenance.
