Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage your tax expertise to make a real impact? We’re seeking a highly motivated Tax Executive/Senior to join our growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our company’s tax compliance and minimizing tax liabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and plan tax computations, meeting monthly and annual deadlines.
• Conduct tax audits and make necessary corrections.
• Build strong relationships with senior management and business partners.
• Handle all tax matters with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD).
• Ensure adherence to current tax regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and third parties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an audit firm and ideally 1 year in a similar role.
• Analyst Level 2 qualification from the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation (SLIT) or enrolled in a similar tax course (CA Sri Lanka).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications & IRD RAMIS system. Google Suite experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (English preferred).
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Positive attitude with the capacity to handle daily challenges.
• Willingness to work extra hours when necessary.
