Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify the target audience, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertisements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social media.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year work experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Professional qualifications in Marketing Management degree.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and interactive skills.
- Excellent spoken and written ability in both Sinhala and English languages (Tamil is an added advantage).
- In-depth knowledge of digital strategy, social platforms, paid media platforms, and analytic tools.
