Role Description:
Full-time on-site role in Colombo. The Estimator will prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project requirements, collaborate with teams, and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in cost estimating and budgeting
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
