Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team as a Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of construction projects before contracts are secured. Your primary duties will include analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop cost estimates.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail. Prior experience in estimating for construction projects and proficiency in relevant software tools are highly desirable.
