Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs to gain a thorough understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities
- Assist in the implementation of ERP systems for clients, including data migration, system configuration, and user training
- Collaborate with project teams to gather client requirements and provide recommendations for ERP solutions
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the ERP industry to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in ERP systems and a desire to build a career in this field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not required
