Job Description
We are in the lookout for an ERP Support Executive on behalf of one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Issue Tracker system and assist users.
- Monitor server and database system availability, performance, and security.
- Coordinate end-user training programs.
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues and implementations.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, system failures, and security events.
- Develop custom solutions based on user requirements.
- Timely MIS report submission.
- Agreement renewal and license maintenance.
Requirements:
- Five years hands-on ERP System experience including Windows server administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of business processes and best practices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
This position requires on-call work and flexibility for occasional overtime. Please apply if you meet the requirements.
