Job Description
As a Techno-Business Professional in the ERP Excellence team within the Group Digital function at Stretchline Holdings Ltd., you will drive the successful implementation of the Single ERP ecosystem globally. Responsibilities include forging relationships with Planning & Production teams, collaborating with ERP systems to transform business requirements, integrating systems, executing testing methodologies, managing organizational change, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Planning & Production teams to understand business processes.
- Collaborate with ERP systems and partners to translate requirements into capabilities.
- Integrate ERP system with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Execute testing methodologies to maintain system reliability.
- Manage organizational change related to the ERP system.
- Ensure ERP configurations adhere to industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Business Analytics.
- 6-8 years of ERP experience in Planning & Production, ideally in the Textile industry.
- Lean and Six Sigma familiarity is a plus.
- Must possess a strategic and innovative mindset, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
