Job Description
Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents/problems reported by end users in ERP systems.
- Facilitate implementation of new requirements.
- Manage documentation for issue resolution and routine operations.
- Bridge gap between business and technical teams.
- Test changes with business users before production.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT/MIS or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Oracle EBS R 12.2.
- SQL/PLSQL knowledge required.
- Strong liaison between business and technical teams.
- Ability to grasp new concepts swiftly.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Interpersonal and presentation skills.
