Job Description
- Gather and document functional requirements for enterprise workflows, aligning with business objectives.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications with developers, testers, and business users.
- Assist in development and implementation of workflow solutions, including SQL queries and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery of solutions.
- Document workflows, processes, system configurations, and provide technical support to end-users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in System Analyst role, enterprise domain preferred.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, SQL queries, and technical capabilities.
- Familiarity with IBM Case Manager and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) beneficial.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, and Linux OS advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced team environments.
Other Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of open systems operating environments.
