Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and guiding them toward a love for reading? Pick a Book Junior Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Club Coach to join our team on a part-time basis.
About Us:
Pick a Book Junior Clubs is dedicated to fostering a love for reading in children. Our mission is to create engaging and educational environments where young readers can explore the joys of books and develop lifelong learning habits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Pick a Book Junior Club sessions.
- Engage and motivate children to participate in reading activities.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Plan and organize educational and interactive activities.
- Provide guidance and support to children, helping them develop their reading skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passionate about reading and promoting literacy.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous experience guiding and mentoring children.
- Has worked with kids in educational sectors such as schools, libraries, or after-school programs.
