Are you fluent in English? Do you have a passion for sales and aspire to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Fomix Consulting is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an English-speaking Outbound Sales Agent.
Responsibilities:
- 🔸 Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- 🔸 Maintain strong customer relationships.
- 🔸 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- 🔸 Achieve ambitious sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
We Offer:
- 🔸 Salary 80,00 LKR + bonuses
- 🔸 Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 🔸 2 Days per month paid leaves.
- 🔸 Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Employee Trust Fund (ETF) are provided.

Qualifications:
- 🔸 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 🔸 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- 🔸 Previous sales or outbound customer service experience (Preferred).
