Our client company is the leading steel manufacturer in Sri Lanka with diversified business across multiple industries.

Location: Ja-Ela

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from a reputed institution.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in Solar project management and operations.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Solar projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operating plants and ensure optimum output through scheduled maintenance and operations.
• Overlooking new projects and managing resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Building relationships with government agencies to ensure timely approval of projects.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for professional growth.
• Managing and leading cross-functional teams to maintain optimum performance levels.
• Maintaining and reporting performance statistics of power plants and addressing issues.
