Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka currently looking for a Manager Engineering – Electrical & Capital for a top MNC in Colombo. The role involves providing technical support for automation and controls in facility, manufacturing, and packaging departments. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining site standards for Electrical systems, managing capital projects, and leading automation and control strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, installation, and maintenance of electrical power equipment and control systems.
- Manage projects and troubleshoot process control instrumentation.
- Implement Site CAPEX plan and ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
- Develop and optimize operation and maintenance procedures for control systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Chartered Electrical Engineer (CEng) registration.
- 8+ years experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industry.
- Technical understanding of pharmaceutical/Food industry practices.
