Job Description
Sterling Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is a leading renewable energy company in Colombo, licensed by the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join us as Engineering Interns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design Solar PV Systems, including layout, electrical, and structural components
- Select appropriate solar components and materials for projects
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients
- Participate in learning experiences such as workshops and training sessions
- Execute tasks assigned by supervisors
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc or BET in electrical engineering or related field
- Team player with effective collaboration skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems is a plus
- Possession of a valid motorcycle riding license is an advantage
