Job Description
A Leading Company based in Colombo is looking for a Engineering Head. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Professional engineering license (Chartered Engineer status) in Sri Lanka.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the civil engineering industry, with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards relevant to civil engineering projects in Sri Lanka.
