Job Description

We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills to join us at our manufacturing facility at BOI Zone, Horana.

Responsibilities:

• In-charge of Mechanical & Maintenance of PET Recycling Plant.
• Maintain utility equipment like Compressors, Boilers, Transformers, Fire hydrant, Air Conditioners, Forklifts.
• Implement lean manufacturing concepts, KAIZEN projects for operational works.
• Work closely with the operation team to minimize machine downtimes.
• Develop team members’ competencies through training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in similar role.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Strong communication, computer skills, and a sense of responsibility.
