Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the engineering team in coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion
- Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation
- Facilitate effective communication between departments
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist in issue resolution
- Maintain project information databases
- Support compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L or higher educational qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Preferred age below 35 years
