Job Description
We’re seeking an energetic individual to contribute to maintenance activities in our manufacturing/warehousing facilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise repair/maintenance of machinery and equipment, including outsourced work.
- Manage mechanical workshop activities and semi-skilled workers.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders for maintenance and repair activities.
- Train semi-skilled workers and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
Key requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics OR G.C.E. A/L with 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent communication, people management, and teamwork skills.
- Skilled in analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
- Moderate computer literacy.
The successful candidate will be hired on a one-year contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
