Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Engineering And Maintenance Manager to join our team at Pelwatte Dairy Industries (Pvt.) Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations within our organization. This includes developing and implementing maintenance procedures, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with proven leadership skills and experience in a similar role. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. A degree in engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
