Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of mediation and provisioning systems, including product configurations and updates.
- Monitor and address system alarms for uninterrupted operation.
- Rectify system issues to ensure continuous operations.
- Conduct testing and verifications for system modifications.
- Analyze requirements and design system functionalities.
- Prepare RFPs and perform technical evaluations as needed.
- Attend to stakeholder demands for system functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Telecom.
- Minimum 2+ years in telecom maintenance, preferably OSS/BSS.
- Experience in product configurations, testing, and deployments.
- Knowledge in UNIX scripting and Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with network elements like MSC, GGSN, PCRF, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
