Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all factory production, daily progress, and review with relevant parties.
- Plan, execute, and prepare production schedules, share with Management, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Collaborate with Managers and Production Supervisors to meet deadlines and monitor work schedules.
- Monitor efficiency, reduce waste, and manage costs against the budget.
- Assist in resolving technical queries at the factory.
- Set quality targets, improve product quality, and ensure timely completion of customer orders within budget.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, maintain ISO requirements, and legal compliance.
- Ensure conformity to international standards (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001).
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Production in Manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Technical knowledge in Engineering products.
- Proficiency in ISO standards, 5S, and Total Quality Management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Valid driving license and computer literacy in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, willingness to travel, and work extra hours.
