Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer Facility Management at Kent Engineers (Pvt) Ltd located in Colombo. The Engineer Facility Management will be responsible for facilities engineering, operations, facility management, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. They will oversee the day-to-day tasks associated with managing and maintaining the company’s facilities, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities engineering, operations, and facility management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is a plus
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in facilities management
