Job Description
We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team with promising career opportunities. The selected candidate will be stationed at our facility in Negombo.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and execution. Meet production targets, OEE, and delivery dates while upholding quality standards
- Acquisition of labor and necessary resources
- Coordinate machine maintenance with the maintenance team
- Manage raw materials and other inventory
- Maintain the ERP system and other systems
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle industrial relations matters to maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- NDT/NDES or equivalent qualification
- Three to four years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in implementing Lean Management tools
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and equipment management
Required Skills:
- Strong team player with leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Keenness for self-learning and personal development
