Job Description

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service and administrative experience in Hotel Front Desk or Club Floor
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelors or equivalent educational qualification
• Good team player with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English and local language
• Good telephone manner and secretarial skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Able to work occasional overtime
