Job Description
Location: Colombo 03
Role Description: The candidate will design and implement strategic culture-building initiatives to bring core values to life and enhance employee experience. Responsible for strengthening the employer brand and employee value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and lead employer branding strategies, including university outreach campaigns
- Develop and drive employee engagement initiatives for an inclusive culture of excellence
- Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and create action plans
- Maintain and enhance the employer brand image through various channels
- Develop and execute internal communication plans effectively
- Demonstrate analytical skills to generate insightful dashboards
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of similar role experience
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and creativity
- Experience in managing corporate webpages and social media accounts
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven track record in employer branding and communications
- Effective troubleshooter and problem solver
- Strong analytics, time management, and multitasking skills
