Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or NDT/NDES/HNDE in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Diesel Generators is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Service contracts and inquiries.
- Ensure smooth renewals of Service agreements.
- Plan and Coordinate repair and Service jobs efficiently.
- Maintain set KPIs and achieve financial targets.
- Allocation of workforce: Handling incoming Customer calls efficiently.
