A leading FMCG company is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join its team.
Role Description
- Lead design of electrical systems and automation control systems.
- Oversee projects focusing on scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and safety.
- Guide the team to promote safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of electrical engineering experience, including project management.
- Manufacturing sector experience desired.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, and knowledge of electrical codes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
