Job Description
We are a top recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking an Electrical and Automation Engineer for an MNC company in Puttalam. In this role, you will lead CAPEX projects, ensuring successful design and management of electrical and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CAPEX projects from concept to completion
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and budgets
- Design and implement systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee contractors and suppliers
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Prepare detailed documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering
- Proven CAPEX project management experience
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or project management
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards
