Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Warehouse Manager/Executive in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and optimizing warehouse efficiency. Fluency in English and online warehouse systems is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping
- Lead warehouse staff, implement efficient processes, and track inventory
- Collaborate with the last mile team for timely product delivery
- Analyze KPIs, develop process improvements, and ensure compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and other external partners
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years e-commerce warehouse management experience
- Leadership skills, online warehouse system knowledge
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
- Fluency in English, high school diploma required
