Are you passionate about providing top-notch service and making an impact in the e-commerce space? We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Be the friendly and professional voice of our company, swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Order Management: Take charge of order processing, tracking, and follow-up, guaranteeing smooth transactions from start to finish.
• Product Knowledge: Serve as an expert on our products, sharing valuable insights to help customers make informed decisions.
• Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of our customers, gathering and sharing their feedback with internal teams to foster continual improvement.
• Data Management: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and transactions, including managing bank reconciliations with sales channel data.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold and elevate our service standards, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality.

You’ll also have the opportunity to support our bookkeeping and assist with preparing monthly management accounts, enhancing your exposure to various facets of the business.

What You Bring:

Education:

• A/L or equivalent minimum, with a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

• Background in customer service, office administration, or finance, ideally within an e-commerce setting.

Personal Qualities:

• Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Problem-solving pro with incredible attention to detail.
• Calm and resilient under pressure.
• Empathetic and patient when engaging with customers.
