Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experience and optimal website performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotions, inventory management
- Monitor and optimize website content, product descriptions, images, and pricing
- Develop strategies to increase online traffic, improve customer retention, and maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze web analytics, sales metrics, and customer behavior to suggest improvements
- Oversee SEO strategies, coordinate digital marketing campaigns
- Manage e-commerce budgets, forecast sales, and control costs
- Support in maintaining vendor relationships and ensure legal compliance
- Handle customer feedback, escalations, and returns
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in ecommerce platforms, and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
