Job Description
Job Duties
- Involve managing Key Account customers
- All documentation procedures to be followed up
- Answering customers inquiries and queries
- Liaising with all major Shipping lines and Airlines for procuring the best rates for quoting the customers
- You will be the first point of call for the customers and be liaising with them via telephone and email
- Acknowledgment of deliveries
- Tracing & Tracking Freight keeping customers updated at all times
Requirements
- 2 years experience in the same industry is a must
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Computer Literacy
