Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up a new Distribution Centre in the Northern region. They must manage the Distribution Centre operations, including inventory management, credit monitoring, cash collections, overseeing fixed assets, security, and safety of the premises, along with general administration activities. The candidate should independently manage operational activities and supervise centre staff effectively.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree/Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management or a professional qualification in ICASL/CIMA
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a reputed organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication skills in English/Tamil required; Sinhala proficiency is a plus
- Valid pharmacy license advantageous
- Project management/interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in an ERP environment beneficial
