Role Description:
This full-time on-site role requires a DJ cum Compere to play music, emcee events, and provide memorable entertainment at Bellagio Colombo. Strong sound understanding and creating engaging atmospheres through music are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate sound systems.
- Play requested songs.
- Select music meeting client’s needs.
- Maintain and repair equipment.
- Stay updated with music trends.
- Introduce events and engage the audience.
- Provide commentary during tournaments.
- Liaise with departments for client service.
Qualifications:
- DJing and Music skills.
- Emcee or event hosting experience.
- Wedding DJ expertise.
- Sound equipment knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read a crowd’s energy.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Proficient in various music genres.
- Excellent public speaking skills in English.
- Computer proficiency and writing skills.
