Job Description
A Leading US based BPO company based in Colombo is currently seeking a Director of Operations. This position requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in revenue cycle management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.
- Proficiency in using revenue cycle management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management.
- 3/4 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred.
