Job Description
Job Summary: As the Head of Engineering, you will oversee and manage our engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, and a strong focus on security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor the team, foster innovation, and implement best practices.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure high-quality development and enforce security measures.
- Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Innovation & Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, recommend enhancements for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 7+ years of experience in engineering, leadership skills, security expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum is preferred.
