Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform systematic business analysis, create innovative digital solutions automating business requirements.
- Contribute across all project implementation phases.
- Liaise efficiently between Vendors, business users, and partners to ensure quality delivery.
- Assess business requirements, scope, and recommend solutions.
- Analyze Reporting Requirements and design Data Analytics Dashboards using Power BI.
- Partner with technology teams for solution delivery.
- Support users in defining requirements and provide staff training.
- Act as the main contact for Digital Operations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and report progress.
- Travel as needed to factory premises.
Essential Qualifications / Exposure
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Transformation/System Design.
- Experience in Microsoft Power BI/Power Platform, Share Point a plus.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Quick learner with innovative thinking.
