Job Profile:
- Forecast social media trends and develop effective strategies.
- Execute and manage the social media content strategy.
- Regularly generate and update engaging content.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage interactions.
- Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across all digital channels.
- Share performance reports to guide decision-making.
- Enhance the brand’s social media presence through content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent content writing skills in Sinhala and English.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience in creating engaging and visually appealing reels.
