Job Description

The Job:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
• Create and design marketing collateral, including graphics, banners, and promotional materials
• Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries and comments
• Update and maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging
• Handle lead management, including capturing, nurturing, and converting leads through various digital channels
• Use tools like Kartra or Mailchimp to design and manage email marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Update blogs and manage content to ensure consistent and relevant communication with our audience

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in a digital marketing agency
• Demonstrated success in managing social media, content creation, and lead management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, web design, and content management
• Proficient in WordPress, with the ability to update and maintain website content
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Kartra or Mailchimp is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a conversational level of proficiency in English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design marketing collateral and generate engaging content ideas
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
