Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketer at The Anam Hostels in Colombo. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing, lead generation, marketing campaigns, web analytics, content creation, and overall digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
- Experience in marketing and web analytics
- Digital Marketing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- History of successful marketing campaigns
- Ability to constantly innovate for content creation
Requirements:
- Female
- Fluent in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 0900 – 1700
Job Metrics:
- Salary Range: 35,00 LKR to 75,00 LKR depending on your experience, profile, references, and history.
- Probationary 1-month contract: Dependent on KPI’s and the impact of your marketing towards the business.
- Salary will be subject to increase upon the end of the Probationary period and continuation of working together
