Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Optimus Solutions Co. Private Limited located in Battaramulla, with flexibility for some remote work. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing digital marketing strategies, overseeing website development and optimization, creating and managing online advertising campaigns, analyzing data and trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital growth and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field OR,
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools & Platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media Management Tools, and Email Marketing Software.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Analytics and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Experience in Website Development, UX/UI design, and Website Optimization would be an additional qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
