Job Description
Role Description: This full-time on-site position in Jaffna requires an Intern Marketing Director to drive business growth through market planning, research, and sales strategies. Collaboration with various teams is essential for implementing marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Market planning and management skills
- Expertise in market research and marketing
- Experience in setting up & managing paid Social Media & SEM campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous marketing or related field experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience with digital marketing tools like FB Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Proficiency in PPC, Facebook Advertising, SEO, SEM, and more
- Knowledge of Photoshop, WordPress is advantageous
- Fluency in Tamil (Must) and/or Sinhala for creative content writing
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
