Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Mind Plus in Colombo. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for tasks such as managing marketing campaigns, overseeing social media marketing, creating web content, analyzing web analytics, and improving communication strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above education qualification in a related field or equivalent Professional qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing and Content Creation
• Understanding of Social Media and new trends
• Manage and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics
• Knowledge of destination and outbound education will be an added advantage
• Good Teamwork and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging content for the company’s website, blog, social media platforms, and other digital channels. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals
• Social Media: Manage social media profiles and develop strategies to increase engagement and followers. Monitor social media trends and analytics to refine tactics.
• Research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior. Apply findings to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
• Work closely with internal teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and support for digital marketing efforts. Coordinate with external partners and agencies as needed.
