Job Description

• Develop models to group different channels, providing insights into individual positions in the sales cycle and conversion funnel
• Provide comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports at the client/audience level, aligned with KPIs and benchmarks
• Collaborate with developers to test, update, and optimize data integration across sales and marketing systems
• Partner with business stakeholders to define and understand data visualization requirements and plan integration
• Mine data from primary and secondary sources and organize it in an easily comprehensible format
• Develop and maintain data integration components, such as SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction and cleansing tools
• Analyze and evaluate data to provide detailed insights on each component
• Create appropriate documentation that enables stakeholders to understand data analysis processes
• Prepare reports for executive leadership, highlighting trends, patterns, and data-driven predictions
• Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors
• Collaborate with senior digital marketing team members and leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications

Requirements:

• Willingness to work on a contractual basis in UK shift
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a comparable qualification in a quantitative field
• Over two years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in handling data in various forms, such as data warehouses/SQL and unstructured data environments
• Extensive experience implementing solutions for data visualization using Power BI
• Strong understanding of machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling
• Knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in SQL, Python, and R
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a team setting
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, attend to change requests, and deliver output
• Knowledge/interest in capital markets, funds, and asset management would be a positive
